The countdown continues....

Well folks, I have just a bit over a month until I head down to Australia. Reading the blogs of other FFT fellows makes me anxious to begin my own learning experience. The planning phase is complete (or so I believe at this point)...ETA visa is in place, accommodations are settled, schools are booked. I'm now spending my time diligently studying city maps, train and tram schedules and working hard to learn Strine (Australian slang). Although English is the language in Australia, I'm certainly finding that there could be quite a bit that is lost in translation!! Hooroo (goodbye) for now!
